Pinky`s in Montpelier

Worst standwich shop in montpeiler the staff is extremely disrespectful. I have never had a good meal or service there. Would rate 0 if it was an option.

Had heard good things about Pinky's, but my first (and last) experience there was disappointing -- in regard to customer service. My order that day was delicious, so I give props to the girls who work deli. But at the register I encountered a woman with blonde hair who acted as though she couldn't be bothered with me. She was so unfriendly to me -- curt, unsmiling, and almost snooty. She's clearly never been told the concept of customer service. I intend to take my service elsewhere with employees who at least pretend to be grateful for my money.

Pinkys understands what I want out of the sandwich and soup experience. They cycle through interesting specials, almost always have a vegetarian option, and grab-and-go options make it possible to skip the wait in the rare cases that there is a long line. Favorites: hearty soups like Gazpacho, the "guilty-pleasure" turkey and avacado on, croissant, and positivley raunchy "Pilgrim" which is the entire thanksgiving dinner in a panini.

Super stale bread with slight hint of mold. Exactly what I’m not looking for in a sandwich. I know other people in line got the same kind of bread I did, I wonder how many of them also got moldy sandwiches.
